Working closely with the family and their Executive Assistant, this individual will help manage the day-to-day operations of the household and across multiple residences and schedules. Responsibilities include: overseeing household operations and maintenance, managing vendors and service providers, handling personal errands, shopping and inventory management and coordinating extensive calendars, travel, and events. Additional duties include: managing household documentation and records, overseeing a fleet of vehicles to ensure licensing, registrations, and insurance are current, and assisting with high-volume email and phone communication. Some driving will be required, including local errands, airport runs, and general support for the family’s children and dog.
