Ideally seeking a highly capable and driven individual to lead both sales and operations across DTC, wholesale, and production channels. This is a senior leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic startup environment—no task is too big or too small – from overseeing warehouse logistics to managing vendor relationships, sales performance, and inventory flow, you will be the operational backbone of the company. Other responsibilities and duties include supervising sales associates and reps, creating weekly targets and performance goals, identifying new sales opportunities and strategic partnerships, approving vendor invoices and ensure timely payments, maintaining margin targets and track profitability across channels, oversee warehousing, fulfillment, and shipping logistics, track inventory levels and manage reorders across all styles and platforms, and optimizing operational processes for scale. Applicants must have 5–10 years of relevant experience in fashion, apparel, or consumer goods, strong working knowledge of Shopify, wholesale platforms (e.g., Faire), and Amazon Seller Central, and excellent communication, management, and organizational skills. While this role is a Hybrid/On Site as needed, candidates must be NYC-based. Candidates must be flexible to work any hours as needed between Monday and Friday with potential weekends. Responsibilities include: caring for both children, with a particular focus on maintaining a consistent feeding and sleep schedule for both the infant and toddler. It is especially important that the nanny supports the family’s sleep training approach at both bedtime and nap times for the infant. The nanny will also be expected to handle all nursery-related tasks, including cleaning the bedrooms, managing the children’s laundry and sanitizing baby equipment such as bottles and the breast pump. Support with sibling acclimation is essential. A strong focus on reaching infant developmental milestones (tummy time, rolling over, speech) is also essential. A passion for creating an engaging learning environment that incorporates both siblings with reading, play activities, etc is critical.
