A family of four, with homes on the Upper West Side and in Bridgehampton, needs to hire engaging Nanny/ Family Assistant to assist in the care of their two children, both elementary age. The family needs split coverage and is open to either two separate candidates or candidates who can cover both shifts. Responsibilities include:  getting the children ready for the day (breakfast, dressed for school, etc.), school pick up, homework help, running household errands & grocery shopping, helping to keep the home organized, children’s laundry & child-related upkeep, and preparing healthy meals for the children. The Nanny must be COVID vaccinated, be able to drive, swim and travel with the family. The family spends summer on Long Island and will require applicants to be able to live in during the week. The typical schedule is Monday to Friday from 7am to 8:30/9am and then 11am to 6:30 with flexibility to handle a late date night or two. Fridays are typically half days, as the family’s weekend Nanny will be arriving then. Salary range: $35-40/hr. with a health insurance contribution. Immediate start.
