This full time, live out position will oversee 9 current household staff members and will also assist with hiring new staff as well. Responsibilities include: managing household payroll, reviewing and paying invoices and bills, reconciling credit card statements, tracking expenses, maintaining meticulous electronic records, coordinating insurance renewals, and preparing documentation for tax and audit purposes. The Executive Assistant/House Manager will also manage calendars, travel arrangements, gifting, private events, personal correspondence, household purchasing and stocking, and the children’s schedules and activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting or financial background, exceptional organizational and logistical skills, experience managing household staff and multiple properties, and a hands on approach with excellent discretion and attention to detail. Candidates should be familiar with Manhattan and ideally be local. This is a Monday through Friday position with a guaranteed 40 hour workweek. Salary range: $170,000 to $180,000+.

One individual will primarily focus on exterior upkeep and maintenance, including daily property checks, gardening, landscape upkeep, cleaning patios, walkways, and outdoor furniture, light interior/exterior maintenance, heavy lifting, household projects, and assisting with deep cleaning as needed.
