A family, on the Upper East Side, needs to hire an experienced Housekeeper/Laundress/Cook to care for a multi-floor residence. Responsibilities include: detailed housekeeping, excellent laundry skills -proficient in ironing, steaming, folding, packing, and unpacking for complex trips once a month—capable of overseeing an extensive wardrobe with care. Additional responsibilities include: preparing and serving lunch and dinner on occasion, managing household supplies – food, beverages and cleaning products, household errands and greeting and caring for frequent guests. Must be good with all phone technologies, available to travel to the Hamptons (a plus), and assist with entertaining once a month – dinner parties / holidays etc. A candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Typical hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10 AM to 6 PM, with flexibility to work additional hours and one weekend per month. Salary range: $40- $45 per hour. Immediate start!
