An established Midtown staffing firm is seeking an intelligent, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a very active placement division. This is a fast-paced environment requiring strong writing skills, an excellent phone presence, a sense of urgency and discretion.
-Duties include, but are not limited to:
-Calendar management
-Document manipulation
-Heavy e-mail correspondence
-Phone coverage/screen calls
-Data entry
-Online research
-Support other team members as needed
-Assist with other miscellaneous duties as they arise
Qualifications:
-5 + years of administrative assistant experience (preferably in the recruiting industry)
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize and remain calm under pressure
-Excellent communication skills and phone presence
-Strong professional writing skills (grammar, punctuation, composition)
-MS Outlook/Office, Adobe, and Smartphone savvy
-Social Media and Videoconferencing platforms
-This role is a Monday – Friday position 9:00AM
