An ultra-high-net-worth family with a private ranch estate in Jackson, Wyoming seeks an exceptional, hands-on Ranch MANAGER to oversee the seamless operation of both the land and residential properties. It is strongly preferred that candidates have a degree in Ranch Management, Agricultural Law and Policy, or equivalent professional expertise in managing luxury ranches and high-end residences. Primary Responsibilities: Directing all exterior operations, including land, structures, pastures, fencing, irrigation, trails, and natural resources, ensuring all ranch activities adhere to state, county, and national park laws and environmental standards, overseeing and coordinate contractors, service providers, and seasonal staff for property upkeep and special project, maintaining and operating ranch vehicles, machinery, and tools, ensuring all are in excellent working condition, implementing annual and seasonal maintenance programs to uphold the property’s pristine presentation, monitoring and managing property security, including gates, cameras, and perimeter systems; Hands-on mechanical aptitude and familiarity with operating/maintaining ranch equipment is a must. Expertise in vendor and project management. Schedule: 5 days a week/ 40 hours and 24/7 availability when the principal and guests are at the location.
