A family, on the  Upper East Side, needs to hire a full-time Housekeeper/Laundress to join their team. Responsibilities include: meticulous housekeeping, daily organization, family laundry, caring for linens, ironing & steaming items where necessary, assisting with pet care for the family’s small bulldog and going to family’s home in the Hamptons, typically in the summer. Cooking is a huge plus and licensed drivers are preferred. The Housekeeper/Laundress will work a Monday through Friday schedule, overlapping three days with the family’s additional housekeeper. Some flexibility is required to cover the other housekeeper’s shift, if needed, but a big part of this role is being able to work harmoniously on a team. The typical schedule is Mondays and Tuesdays from 7:15/30am to 5:30pm, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 7:15 to 4pm and Fridays from 9am to 5:30pm (approximately 45 hours per week). Salary range: $35-40/hr. Immediate start.
