A couple, with homes in the Hamptons and Florida, needs to hire a highly professional and service oriented Vegan and Gluten Free Private Chef. Responsibilities include: shopping for ingredients, planning weekly menus for lunch and dinner for 2-4 people, and a weekly dinner party for 6-10 people, while keeping the kitchen meticulously clean and organized. Flexibility to prepare fish and meat dishes for guests is a requirement. Must work harmoniously with a Housekeeper and a Caretaker. The schedule is – Tuesday-Saturday, 1am-8pm during the winter and 11am-10pm during the summer. The Chef will be expected to work 6 months in the Hamptons and 6 months in Florida. Separate housing will be provided at both places. Salary range: $160k-250k and benefits. Immediate start.
