An ultra-high-net-worth family with a private ranch estate in Jackson, Wyoming, needs to hire exceptional, hands-on Domestic Couple to oversee the seamless operation of both the land and residential properties. This role blends professional ranch and land stewardship with high end hospitality and household management, ensuring that every facet of the estate is maintained to the highest standards. The family strongly prefers candidates with a degree in Ranch Management, Agricultural Law and Policy, or equivalent professional expertise in managing luxury ranches and high-end residences. Primary responsibilities include: directing all exterior operations, including land, structures, pastures, fencing, irrigation, trails, and natural resources, ensuring all ranch activities adhere to state, county, and national park laws and environmental standards, overseeing and coordinating contractors, service providers, and seasonal staff for property upkeep and special projects, maintaining and operating ranch vehicles, machinery, and tools, ensuring all are in excellent working condition, implementing annual and seasonal maintenance programs to uphold the property’s pristine presentation, monitoring and managing property security, including gates, cameras, and perimeter systems, maintaining the interior residences to an immaculate, five-star hospitality standard, overseeing daily housekeeping, organization, laundry, and wardrobe care as needed, managing household inventories, including linens, supplies, and specialty items, coordinating grocery and pantry stocking, with an emphasis on guest preferences and seasonal menus, preparing the estate for principal and guest arrivals, ensuring every detail is in place, providing elevated, unobtrusive service during family and guest stays, liaising with vendors, service providers, and estate management for household maintenance and enhancements. All candidates must have experience in luxury estate management and high-level hospitality service, have hands-on mechanical aptitude and familiarity with operating/maintaining ranch equipment, have expertise in vendor and project management and have knowledge of agricultural, environmental, and land use compliance requirements. Schedule: 5 days a week 40 hours and 24/7 availability when the principal and guests are at the location. Salary range: $200-300k and Health insurance stipend. Private housing provided near property.
