A couple, with homes in Florida and North Carolina, need to hire an experienced, creative, and highly adaptable Private Chef. Responsibilities include: preparing daily dinners and occasional luncheons for the family, designing diverse menus featuring global cuisines (e.g., Mediterranean, Asian, Middle Eastern, Latin, African, European, and American); shopping, sourcing high-quality ingredients, and managing pantry inventory, maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen at all times, planning meals for the family gatherings, guests, and special occasions. Traveling with the family is required and adapting to different kitchens and locations, coordinating with household staff. Maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion. The ideal candidate is passionate about multi-ethnic cuisine, comfortable cooking for both adults and children, and flexible with a dynamic schedule that will include travel. Schedule may vary week to week. Must be adaptable to last-minute changes and travel plans. Time off provided when family is away, as agreed. Salary: $150-220k with benefits. Immediate start.
