A couple, located in Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking to hire an experienced, full-time, live-out Housekeeper to manage the care and upkeep of multiple local residences. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in maintaining immaculate, well-managed homes to the highest standards. Responsibilities include: comprehensive daily and deep cleaning of each home; thorough sanitizing and disinfecting of all surfaces, including high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, railings, appliances, etc., meticulous cleaning of the kitchen and food preparation areas; detailed bathroom sanitization, handling the laundry & ironing, and ensuring each property remains guest-ready at all times. One of the principals is immunocompromised, so the Housekeeper must be especially vigilant regarding hygiene, germ prevention, and cross-contamination protocols, ensuring that all frequently touched surfaces and any areas where food is prepared or stored are properly sanitized and disinfected. The couple does not have children or pets. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in private homes, a strong understanding of professional-grade cleaning and disinfecting procedures, excellent attention to detail, discretion, and reliable transportation to travel between the properties. The schedule is Monday ? Friday, working two full days per week in the couple’s primary residence and the remaining workdays rotating between three additional properties, all located within Jacksonville. The family will compensate for 40-hours per week, though the Housekeeper may not work this many hours. This role is offering between $35-40/hr. Immediate start.
