A family of three, in Manhattan, is seeking an experienced, developmentally savvy bilingual Nanny who speaks English and Mandarin OR English and Italian to support their young infant. This is a dynamic, long-term role for a true partner who is comfortable growing with a family and adapting as their needs evolve. Previous work as an NCS/ Baby Nurse is a plus. Responsibilities will include sleep training, bottle feeding, diapering, engaging in developmentally appropriate activities (i.e. tummy time), and monitoring milestones, sterilizing bottles & toys, baby’s laundry, and traveling with the family (international & domestic). Nanny will act as a collaborative partner to parents as they determine what caregiving and pedagogical approaches work best for their family. All applicants should have a minimum of 15 years nanny experience, including extensive care for infants, be up to date on major vaccines (TDAP, MMR, Flu), and have a valid passport to travel with the family. Schedule is Monday to Friday, with one to two days a week, working 7am – 3pm and the other days providing 7am-7pm coverage, with a date night for mom and dad – about 60 hours a week guaranteed. Salary $30-40/hr base, depending on experience. Immediate hire for the right fit.
