A couple, in Atherton, CA, needs to hire a mother’s helper who will assist them with the care of an infant. Responsibilities include: bathing, dressing, feeding, diaper change, developmental play, outings, and maintaining the child’s room and belongings. The ideal candidate must be well-organized and structured, yet able to go with the flow as needed. Ability to work harmoniously with a hands-on mother, and other household staff, and willingness to take and follow directions as needed is one of the key requirements of this role as well as travel-ready US passport. Montessori mindset strongly preferred. Salary range: $120k-$140k + benefits The schedule is 5 days a week, flexible schedule. April start.
