Working parents in Coconut Grove, Florida, are seeking an experienced full-time an educationally focused Lead ROTA Nanny to provide long-term care for twins. Responsibilities include helping to advance the children’s education and learning as they grow, engaging the children in fun, stimulating, and age-appropriate activities; accompanying them to outside activities (playdates, sports, classes, etc.); monitoring developmental milestones; preparing healthy snacks; and maintaining the children’s rooms and belongings.
The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the parents and the family’s second nanny, ensuring consistency in childcare approach and helping to create a positive and nurturing home environment as the children grow. A willingness to assist with light household duties is also expected.
Schedule is 7 days on 7 off and a private room and bath is provided (7 days if necessary). Salary range: $120k-130k + benefits. Immediate start.
