A couple in Old Westbury, Long Island, needs to hire an experienced Housekeeper/ Laundress. Responsibilities include: deep cleaning & daily upkeep of the home, family laundry, ironing (including pressing shirts & some care for linens), maintaining all surfaces (dusting, vacuuming, polishing, etc.), making beds, assisting if the family entertains, running household errands & grocery shopping, and some very light meal prep. Candidates should drive, be ok working in a home with dogs (though care is not expected), and know how to take initiative & create their own routines. Schedule is Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Salary $40/hr. immediate start.
