Working parents, in Greenwich Village, need to hire an experienced Housekeeper/Nanny to help care for their home and two young sons. Housekeeping responsibilities primarily in the morning will include: daily cleaning & organizing to maintain a clean and tidy home, laundry/ironing, organization & inventory management, errands, and generally helping with household tasks to ensure that the family’s home is running smoothly. Childcare responsibilities are primarily in the afternoon after school and will include: picking up the children from school, planning & accompanying the children to afternoon activities, planning & preparing healthy meals for the children (love of cooking and willingness to cook family meals is a huge bonus), attending to their hygiene & wellness. All candidates must know age-appropriate activities and ability to structure daily schedules and recreation after school, have experience caring for multiple children at the same time. Candidates should be open to living in for a few weeks in the summer (weekdays only). Schedule is Monday to Friday from 8am-6pm, but some flexibility during the evenings is a bonus. Salary range: $35/hr. September start.
