A family, in South Florida, needs to hire a Domestic Couple to manage the upkeep of their two, South Florida, homes. Responsibilities include: general housekeeping, laundry & ironing, polishing silver, organizing the care of fine art & antiques, household organization, maintaining storage areas, household purchasing & keeping necessities well-stocked, maintaining outdoor areas (including power washing), grocery shopping, maintaining cars, household errands, cooking & preparing healthy meals for the couple as well as occasional guests and/or smaller dinner parties, table setting & entertaining/ serving, overseeing vendors in the home and packing/ unpacking assistance. Applicants must have previous experience as a couple, have strong kitchen skills, have a valid license, scheduling flexibility, comfortable with technology (iPhone, email, etc.) and have strong command of English language. In addition to errands, there will be the occasional need to chauffeur the principals (i.e. to/ from the airport). The schedule is Monday to Friday. During the on-season (October through May) the schedule requires working 9am to 6pm, with flexibility to work extra hours or days (i.e. late-night coverage when entertaining). During the off season, the schedule will be 9am to 4pm and require less hands-on care, as the principals are not in residence. Principals prefer that couples live locally; however, they may be open to relocation for the best of the best. Salary range: 160-200K, possibly more, plus health insurance. Immediate start.
