An active family with multiple children and properties is seeking a Full-Time Chef to join their culinary team. This is a busy household with lots of moving parts, a full domestic staff and frequent entertaining needs. The ability to keep up in a fast-paced work environment is a must. Duties are all culinary related and include but are not limited to: food, beverage and pantry inventory/stocking, menu planning, tracking family and guest preferences, meal execution, kitchen maintenance/sterilization and occasional wine pairing. The family enjoys approachable, healthy meal options unless entertaining. This is a team environment so working well with others, setting your colleagues up for success and having excellent communication and organization skills are key to success. Flexibility to work a rotating schedule and travel between three properties is a must. Qualified candidates will have experience working in fine restaurants as well as private homes.
