A multiple generational estate with multiple homes is seeking an upbeat, energetic and experience Property Caretaker to join their team. The Caretaker is responsible for the maintenance of the grounds, landscaping, property and estate equipment. They will ensure property standards, appearance, operation and safety. They will assist with lawn care, gardens, pool maintenance, repairs, debris removal, power-washing and all other hands-on duties that a large active property with adults and children requires. While most of the duties are exterior, the Caretaker may be asked to assist with interior duties such as household stocking, heavy lifting, etc. The Caretaker will be an active participant as well as a supervisor. They will have the ability to coordinate, direct, motivate and administer contractors and vendors. They will protect the interests of the principals by ensuring quality work, securing the property and maintaining privacy. Qualified candidates will have excellent repair skills, high integrity, a team-oriented disposition and at least 3-5 years of similar estate experience.
