A formal household, in Chelsea, needs to hire a professional Housekeeper/Laundress who can work as a team with existing staff. Responsibilities include: museum quality cleaning, extensive household organizing, laundry and ironing (pressing fine linens and men’s shirts, steaming high-end clothing, hand washing delicate fabrics). Excellent communication skills are a must. The schedule is: 50 hours 5 days a week with alternating weekends. Salary: $35-40/hour + benefits. Immediate start.
