A Gentlelady, in Miami Beach, needs to hire a Full-Time Housekeeper. Responsibilities include: Caring for three small pets (a dog and 2 cats), including walking, feeding, bathing, and keeping their living space clean and organized, general housekeeping duties, laundry, ironing as well as changing and refreshing bed linens and towels, Conducting periodic deep cleaning of the home (steam cleaning carpets, washing windows, and scrubbing tile and grout), daily meal prep, organizing closets, and maintaining storage areas, grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, and picking up and returning packages, coordinating shopping to replenish supplies and ensure a well-stocked home, overseeing and coordinating with outside service providers as needed, providing assistance in planning and preparing for special events and performing post-event cleanup (for example intimate dinner gatherings). Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation will be required. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours. Salary range: 60-80k and benefits. Immediate start.
