A family of four in Denver, needs to hire an experienced hands-on House Manager who will also have some Nanny/Housekeeper duties. Primary responsibilities light housekeeping and upkeep (there is a weekly cleaning crew), overseeing vendors and repair personnel, coordinating care for fine art and antiques (experience in a formal home is a big plus), family laundry, and doing household shopping/errands (groceries, package returns, etc.). Other responsibilities are for the school-aged children and include: getting them to and from the school bus, driving them to after school activities, ensuring they do homework after school, and caring for their rooms and belongings. All candidates must be confident drivers. Schedule is Monday – Thursday 7am -5pm and Fridays 7am -11am. Salary range: $30-35 hr. Flexible on start.
