A family, in Connecticut, needs to hire a highly experienced hand-on Estate Management Couple. Responsibilities include: managing all employees on a sprawling, multi-acre estate, dealing with all vendors and repair personnel, dealing pro-actively with the ongoing upkeep of multiple properties and pitching in as necessary with minor repairs, assisting with housekeeping as needed to supplement current staff, shopping for food and household supplies and keeping a keen eye on the continuing needs of a fine home. All couples should be comfortable on the water. Schedule is usually Monday – Friday with flexible hours depending upon the needs of the family. Salary range: 180-200k. Immediate start.
