A family, with multiple residences across the New York metro area, needs to hire a highly organized, service-oriented Personal Assistant. Responsibilities include: overseeing the daily logistics of multiple properties, managing household staff, vendors, and service providers, and handling complex calendars and travel arrangements for family members and their pets. The assistant will coordinate service repairs, seasonal maintenance, mail, deliveries, errands, and all aspects of general household support. They will also ensure the homes are consistently well-stocked, including sourcing specialty items as needed. Event planning will range from small, intimate gatherings to large-scale functions, requiring strong organizational and interpersonal skills. The role requires someone who is tech-savvy, comfortable driving in the city, and capable of maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism at all times.
