Position: Full Time, Personal Assistant
Location: Live-out, Manhattan, New York

A couple, on the Upper West Side, needs to hire a highly experienced and organized Personal Assistant who will be working on premises. Responsibilities include: overseeing a team of virtual PAs, managing complex travel arrangements (booking hotels, flights, private jets, chauffeurs, etc.), coordinating with hotel concierges and family/friends for activities and special requests, handling personal shopping, errands, returns, and overseeing pre-trip packing and unpacking. The role also involves managing the personal and social calendars of both principals, fielding communications from professionals (e.g. designers, lawyers, concierges), and organizing daily check-ins with the principals. The assistant will initially support both principals and eventually assist in hiring a second full-time PA to allow for individualized support. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with flexibility needed to stay later or work occasionally on the weekend. Salary range: $150,000-$200,000 plus benefits. Immediate start.
