A family of four, with homes in Miami, New York and Tokyo, needs to hire a full time, live in Nanny, who speaks Japanese, to care for their toddler and infant. The ideal candidate is confident managing routines independently, knowledgeable in early childhood development, and able to lead educational, engaging activities. Responsibilities include: preparing healthy meals and snacks, diapering, bathing, sleep training, engaging the children in fun, age-appropriate, developmentally savvy games and activities and maintaining a tidy, child-friendly environment. The role also involves light housekeeping related to the children (such as children’s laundry, organizing toys, and cleaning up after meals) as well as occasional help with general household tasks like meal prep, loading the dishwasher, or keeping shared spaces tidy while the children are at school or with extended family. All candidates must be able to travel to the family’s various homes and adapt to a dynamic schedule. Schedule is 40-60 hours per week, Monday-Saturday (flexibility required). Salary range: $30-$50/hour. October start.
