A family of five, with on the Upper West Side and in Greenwich, CT and Southampton, needs to hire a highly experienced  Housekeeper to join their team. This role is based out of the family’s Upper West Side apartment but requires care for additional residences in Greenwich, CT. (year-round) and Southampton, NY (mostly summers). Responsibilities include: routine cleaning & deep cleaning to ensure all properties are in pristine condition, managing all laundry for the household, including washing, ironing & caring for delicate fabrics, managing dry cleaning & logging all clothing sent out and received, overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of a storage unit and other off-site properties,  adapting to the family’s busy schedules, ensuring discretion & confidentiality when dealing with high-profile individuals, assisting with pet care, including cleaning their areas and providing general support, running errands, and handling any special projects that may arise. Applicants must have relevant experience in a formal setting, have strong organizational skills, able to work independently as needed, have excellent communication & interpersonal skills, and have a valid driver’s license with, ideally, their own car. Housekeeper with be compensated and reimbursed for travel expenses and the ability to get between homes on their own is highly preferred. This will likely be in Manhattan 2-3 days a week with 2-3 days in Greenwich (year-round) or Southampton (typically in summer). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing the cleaning, organization, laundry, and ironing of high-net-worth residences. Typical schedule is Monday to Friday from 9am to 5/6pm, requiring flexibility for extra hours or days, when needed. Salary range: $40-50/hr. plus benefits.
