Position: Estate Manager, Full Time, House Manager
Location: Chicago, Live-out

Seeking a highly knowledgeable, bright, and collaborative Estate/House Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of several US based properties.  The position is primarily based in Chicago with periodic trips to secondary, west-coast properties.  Candidates must speak both Spanish and English fluently.  Cores duties include:

  • Staff and vendor management
  • Property maintenance management
  • Update and maintain household manuals, policies, standards and protocols
  • Identify areas for improvement, development and growth
  • Event planning and management
  • Maintain meticulous records
  • Coordinate pet care
  • Provide concierge services to family and guests
  • Remote and (periodic) onsite support for west coast properties
  • Communicate and coordinate with the business office
  • Protect the family’s privacy and interests

Excellent interpersonal, managerial, technology, hospitality and communication skills are required for success in this special role.  The schedule is primarily Monday-Friday with flexibility to work weekends as needed.  Occasional travel to west coast properties is a must.  Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 7 years of experience.  Only seasoned, experienced candidates will be considered for this new, long-term opportunity.  Compensation: $125K – $175K range plus benefits depending on experience.  Willing to relocate the right person.
