A caretaker with significant experience on private properties is sought by a family in East Hampton, NY. Ideally, the candidate will have a background in construction in order to handle a wide range of duties. Responsibilities will be: heavy cleaning, grounds-keeping, indoor and outdoor repairs, maintaining security systems, receiving deliveries, liaising with family office and contractors, and shopping for supplies. He must be team oriented and work well with other staff. Must be able to maintain and manage the property and keep it in a guest-ready condition at all times. Excellent communication skills will be a must. Schedule will be flexible: weekends off when the family is absent and with two days off during the week when they are at the residence. Salary range: 80-100k. Immediate start.
