A family of four, in Cold Spring, NY, needs to hire a developmentally savvy Nanny to care for their newborn and toddler. Responsibilities include: implementing sleeping and feeding routines for the baby, preparing bottles and healthy meals for the children, being highly engaging to promote healthy social/motor/language developmental milestones, communicating effectively with hands-on parents who mostly work from home, play an active role in planning activities, maintaining household schedule and keeping children’s bedrooms organized and stocked. Primary focus will be caring for the infant while toddler is in school most of the day. Ideal candidates will be organized, effective communicators, be proactive and highly confident in infant care. Schedule is Monday to Friday from 7:30/8am to 5/:5:30pm with some flexibility. Must drive and be comfortable with parents often working from home. Salary: $35/hr. Immediate start.
