A family, moving from Carroll Gardens to TriBeCa, needs to hire a top-notch Executive Housekeeper to assist with the daily operation, management and meticulous upkeep of the household. Responsibilities include: Overseeing, directing and coordinating the daily activities of the housekeeping team establishing and enforcing housekeeping policies and procedures, overseeing and training housekeeping staff, full charge housekeeping throughout the residences, drafting and implementing a cleaning and laundry schedule, maintaining tidy and orderly closets throughout residence, packing and unpacking for travel, liaising with vendors, contractors, and any other household services, maintaining household inventories and procuring supplies, caring for multiple dogs, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards, developing and implementing safety and security protocol, and tackling any special projects that may arise. Much of the role requires strong teamwork and coordinating with the property manager. Must have 10+ years of private housekeeping working in fine homes, fluency in English and strong communication skills, operate with discretion at all time, have exceptional organizational skills, love dogs and be experienced in the care of fine household items such as couture clothing, linens, China, antiques, fine art, etc. Salary range: $45-55/hr. with benefits.
