A busy family with homes in New Jersey, downtown Manhattan, the Hamptons, and Florida is seeking an on-the-go Lifestyle Coordinator/House Manager to join a small team. The LC/HM will travel between properties ahead of the family to ensure it is turnkey and ready for enjoyment. Day-to-day duties include but are not limited to: provisioning, stocking/inventorying, conducting walk-throughs, running errands, managing mail/packages, overseeing vendor and housekeeping staff, setting up events/parties, arranging flowers, caring for the family pet, and assisting team members up and down the professional ladder. The LC/HM will also help update checklists and manuals, book appointments, purchase gifts, research special projects, and assist with other small and large tasks alike. Strong organization skills, an eye for detail, a service heart, and the ability to adapt to last minute changes are required for success in this role. Must be tech/computer proficient (MS Office, iOS, text/videoconference, apps, and SmartHome technology).
The position is based in Union County, NJ with frequent travel between properties in NYC and the Hamptons and periodic short-term trips to South Florida throughout the year. Flexibility is key. The schedule is typically Monday – Friday with the ability to work weekends as needed. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3-5 years working for a private tristate area family. Compensation: $90K – $120K plus excellent benefits. Considering local candidates only.
