An executive, in Soho, with many interests, who is on multiple boards and runs a foundation, needs to hire an Executive/Personal Assistant. Responsibilities include: Heavy calendar management, preparing any necessary materials for the Principal in advance of all daily meetings, ordering household items and keeping he home fully stocked, personal shopping, both online and in-person, coordinating household maintenance (AC, Plumbing, Lighting, Appliances), booking travel reservations for principal and family members, managing the Principal’s emails, preparing daily list of actionable items,, assisting the principal with speechwriting and video projects, updating social media, creating occasional presentation decks to support business activities, conducting necessary research, opening mail and packages and distributing appropriately, ensuring bills are forwarded to bill-pay service, maintaining all office functions including filing, archives and supply ordering, facilitating and coordinating fundraising events and private dinners, overseeing all household technology to ensure it is working and optimized at all times, and liaise with building staff as needed.
The ideal candidate should have strong computer skills and be generally tech savvy (Microsoft Office and Google Suite), applications, social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn). This is a Mac environment (a computer and phone will be provided).. All applicants must be fully vaccinated and boosted, a valid driver’s license is preferred. The schedule is Monday – Friday from 9am-5pm with flexibility for both in person and remote abilities. Salary range: $40-50/hr. plus a health insurance stipend after 6 months. Immediate start!
