Location: Live-in, Out Of Metro Area

A couple, with home in North Carolina, needs to hire to hire a highly experienced Domestic Couple/Property Managers who can take charge of the immaculate upkeep and maintenance of their 40 acre property. All candidates must have extensive experience in caretaking and property management. Responsibilities include: the maintenance of the main house and 3 other buildings (cleaning, organizing, utilities, security, etc.), as well as landscaping, laundry, handy-man duties, shopping for supplies, hosting the principals and their guest when they visit, supervising vendors and contractors, hiring additional staff during the busy season, and other ad-hoc duties pertaining to the proper maintenance of the property. Separate housing and a vehicle for transportation will be provided. Schedule is: Monday-Friday 40 hours. Flexibility will be required when the family visits. Salary range: 180-220k and benefits. End of July start.
