A busy, high profile philanthropist needs to hire an experienced Bookkeeper/Personal Assistant. Primary bookkeeping responsibilities include: payroll administration, market reports, credit card and bank reconciliation, expense tracking, insurance maintenance, report creation, bill paying, and meticulous document maintenance. Expertise with QuickBooks and Excel is a must. Personal Assistant duties include: event planning, complex travel arrangements, personal errands, household recruitment, supervision of vendors, heavy e-mail correspondence, and other ad hoc duties. The chosen candidate will also be responsible for liaising with accounting firms, attorneys, business offices, financial advisors, family offices and household staff. Salary range 1100k -130k + health insurance stipend. The schedule is Monday – Thursday 9:00AM – 6:00PM and Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM. Immediate start.
