A couple, in the Bay Area, needs to hire a skilled Butler to join their formal household staff. Responsibilities include: table setting and service, drink preparation, guest reception, floral arrangements, caring for linens, packing for the principal, household errands and working alongside the co-butler and other staff to ensure the home stays tidy and runs like a well-oiled machine. The schedule is working 5 days per week with two consecutive days off; however, flexibility is required as the household rotates butler teams (2 per shift) and shifts are 6am to 2pm and 12 to 8pm. There will be approximately 2 weeks of travel every 4 months but this may change depending on the family’s needs. Family is looking to hire someone already local to the Bay Area. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in formal UHNW homes and drive. Salary range: $100-125K plus benefits, 401K + discretionary annual bonus.
