A formal household, in downtown Manhattan, needs to hire a professional Housekeeper/Laundress who can work as a team with existing staff. Responsibilities include: museum quality cleaning, extensive organizing, and laundry and ironing (pressing fine linens and men’s shirts, steaming high-end clothing, hand washing delicate fabrics). Excellent communication skills are a must, as well as travelling abroad in the summer (must have a travel ready US Passport).The schedule is: 50 hours 5 days a week with alternating weekends. Salary: $85k and benefits. Immediate start.
