Position: Full Time, Personal Assistant

A busy, professional employer based in Litchfield County is seeking an experienced, bright Personal Assistant.  The PA will help manage calendars, handle personal correspondence, maintain insurance filings/coverage, book appointments, gatekeep, conduct research, distill information, liaise with third parties, and provide general administrative report.  This person will also collaborate and coordinate with other staff as necessary.  Duties will be performed both remotely and in residence (approximately once per week).  The schedule is primary Monday- Friday during business hours though flexibility for weekends, evenings, etc. is a must.  Strong computer/technology, communication, and follow-up skills required along with a high degree of professionalism and self-motivation.  Local candidates with requisite experience and glowing professional references are encouraged to apply today.  Compensation: $120K – $150K+ plus benefits, DOE.
