Seeking a dynamic, highly professional Personal Assistant who can manage the lives and residences for two busy principals. Personal Assistant duties include but are not limited to: managing calendars, booking and managing travel, planning events, maintaining inventories, supervising vendors, managing personal correspondence, and general gatekeeping. Hands-on duties such as packing/unpacking, shopping, errand running, and organizing are required. This role is based in Brooklyn with travel to secondary residences in the tristate area as needed. Willingness to travel and confident driving skills are a must. The schedule is primarily Monday – Friday with flexibility to work weekends as needed. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience along with excellent references, a safe driving history, professional maturity, and a desire to make a long-term commitment. Strong administrative, computer, and communications skills expected. Compensation: $90K – $150K plus benefits, DOE.
