Seeking a knowledgeable, take charge Property/House Manager for a large Denver area estate. The P/HM will have extensive experience managing vendors, staff, household operating systems, maintenance schedules, and projects. This person will be responsible for setting and maintaining five-star standards; creating and implementing household polices/practices; writing and updating household manuals; streamlining communication; and ensuring an overall guest-ready residence. Other duties include but are not limited to: household inventory, seasonal decorating, party planning, pre-arrival preparations, and shopping/purchasing. Understanding preferences, anticipating family needs, and protecting the employer’s interests are paramount.
While the environment can be described as casual, the standards are high and the employers are extremely private people. It is important that all staff is friendly but respects boundaries, privacy, and family time. The schedule is generally Monday- Friday 8AM – 6PM. Flexibility to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays as needed is a must. Remote availability expected for urgent matters. Qualified candidates will have a strong understanding of luxury lifestyles, will be proactive, will take ownership, and will be seeking a long-term commitment. Compensation: $100K – $120K plus benefits. Will provide relocation assistance for the right candidate.
