Position: Executive Assistant, Full Time
Location: Manhattan, New York, Remote

Seeking an extremely well-organized Senior Executive Assistant to support the business functions of a family office and two busy Executives.  This role requires a seasoned professional who knows how to identify goals, prioritize competing tasks, distill information, build/maintain relationships, and organize complex moving pieces.  The Senior Executive Assistant will administer, liaise, and manage day-to-day business operations.  General duties include: heavy calendar management, professional correspondence, document maintenance, online research, vendor management, travel planning, policy and protocol development, and ad hoc household management responsibilities.  Previous experience working for employers in the real estate, investment, and financial services industry is strongly preferred.

The general schedule is Monday – Friday 8AM – 6PM though flexibility outside business hours is a must.  A large portion of this role can be performed remotely though candidates must be local in order to be on-site approximately 1-2 times per week.  Compensation: $150K – $200K; benefits are TBD/established.
