A busy Chicago doctor needs to hire a full time (or part time) Housekeeper/ House Manager to maintain three properties in the Chicago area. Responsibilities include: regular deep cleaning & household upkeep, organization, laundry/ironing/shoe maintenance, scheduling & overseeing household maintenance & any vendors, preparing the home for guests, assisting with parties/get togethers up to one time per month – which would include up to one winter and one summer holiday per year (and a later workday/night due to that), ensuring the homes stay stocked and running errands. All applicants must drive. Principal is open to live out (for a reduced salary) or live in applicants and accommodations would be a private bed and bath within the larger residence in the suburbs.  Schedule is flexible: 90 hours per month + one week off per month (schedule would be pre-determined/agreed upon by both parties in advance of each working month), and $45-50/hr
