Position: Executive Housekeeper, Full Time, House Manager
Location: Florida, Live-out

An experienced Executive Housekeeper is needed to oversee the Housekeeping teams in multiple properties in Naples, FL. The Executive Housekeeper will report to the Estate Manager and help develop Standard Operating Procedures and schedules to ensure each property is well maintained and running smoothly. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: ensuring high standards of housekeeping for interiors and exteriors, scheduling vendors and repairs, delegating weekly/monthly cleaning projects prior to the family being in residence, preparing each property for guests, purchasing and inventory control, ensure proper training of staff to maintain fine items, manage schedules for part-time staff members, and more.

Candidates must have experience in luxury homes, fast paced environments with fluctuating seasonal needs, leading and training staff members, creating procedure manuals and be strong communicators. Candidates with a background in hospitality, hotel management, yachting, culinary industries are highly desired. Schedule will typically be 44 hours per week from Monday-Friday with flexibility during peak season (October-April) for occasional late nights or weekends if needed. All candidates must drive and be Covid vaccinated. Salary range: $100-120k plus benefits.  Immediate start.
