Seeking an experienced, dynamic Live-Out House Manager for a waterfront property in the Hamptons. The House Manager (HM) will be responsible for preventative maintenance schedules, vehicle maintenance, vendor supervision, staff management, and household administration. Strong computer and organizational skills are required to update manuals, schedule staff, create task lists, calendar service providers, and communicate with office personnel. The HM will maintain the residence’s high standards, set the example for staff, and foster a positive team environment. Importantly, the HM will also be willing to act as a Butler since the residence operates like a hotel. Service duties include setting & serving tables, serving drinks, and greeting guests. Those with experience in five-star environments are best suited for this excellent long-term opportunity. The schedule is close to a standard 40 hours/week during the winter season and heavier during the spring and summer season. Salary: $125K – $150K depending on experience. Start Date: Spring 2023.
