A family, in Westchester County, NY, needs to hire an experienced, Housekeeper to join a close-knit team in the meticulous daily cleaning of a 33,000 sq ft family residence. Responsibilities include: Meticulous daily cleaning and upkeep of home, proficiency in handling special surfaces (piano finish, woods, glass, leather, upholstery, silver, etc.,) laundry including ironing sheets, table linens, and caring for delicate fabrics, supporting the family’s private chef team with kitchen clean up throughout the day, table setting, florals, and related design, organizing closets and storage areas, maintaining the residence for guests, and occasional assisting in the family’s out-of-state vacation home. Ideal candidates will have 10 or more years of full-time housekeeping experience, experience working full-time as part of a team. and must have own transportation and be flexible to travel to out-of-state vacation home and to work evenings and weekends as needed and must have own transportation and be flexible to travel to out-of-state vacation home and to work evenings and weekends as needed.
