A gentlewoman, in Sharon, CT, needs to hire a highly experienced and knowledgeable Domestic Couple who can take charge of the upkeep and maintenance of 11,000 sq. ft. home and surrounding grounds. Indoor responsibilities include: seasonal cleaning and daily maintenance, household organizing, laundry and ironing, cooking, serving meals, receiving guests, and managing inventory. Outside duties include: grounds keeping, shopping for supplies, maintaining vehicles, driving the Principal to and from NYC as required, working in tandem with the landscape crew, and overall safety of the property. The ideal candidates must drive, be willing to sleep in the residence occasionally, cook gourmet meals, speak fluent English, and plan and prioritize a wide range of property management duties effectively. Live-in accommodations are a two-bedroom guesthouse. Schedule is 5 days per week, typically between Thursday to Monday, with flexible hours. Salary range: $160-175k plus benefits. Immediate start.
