A gentleman, in Southern Oregon, needs to hire a dedicated live-in Household & Personal Assistant to provide hands-on support within the home and serve as a trusted right-hand for daily personal needs, household operations, and lifestyle management. The assistant will oversee smooth day-to-day functioning of the home and property, particularly while the principal travels for philanthropic and developmental projects focused on humanitarian and environmental sustainability. Responsibilities include: household upkeep and organization, personal and household errands, calendar and communication management, and maintaining a reliable presence on property when the principal is away.
The ideal candidate will be discreet, reliable, self-directed, and naturally proactive, with comfort living rurally and spending significant time in nature. A background with plants, animals, and wellness is strongly valued; a degree is welcome but relevant experience is more important. Long-term potential includes expanded responsibility and possible consideration for a trustee-level role as trust, alignment, and capability are established. This role is ideal for a proactive, capable, and grounded individual who enjoys a blend of domestic support, administrative assistance, and professional partnership—with room to grow into a senior, highly trusted position. Accommodations are provided on-site, and relocation assistance is available. The schedule will follow the natural flow of the property and principal’s needs, with open communication encouraged to ensure mutual balance and wellbeing. A car will be provided. Salary: $100,000 annually, with a target start of March 2026.
