Family of five, in Western Nevada, needs to hire an experienced Private Chef. The household follows a pescatarian diet so the Chef must be expert at cooking seafood, as well as vegetarian dishes and have experience in low gluten and limited dairy environments. Role will be focused on an informal lunch, mainly for the primaries, followed by an early seated dinner for the while family. Role will include some entertaining and preparing meals for occasional dinner parties. The Chef should expect to spend 50% of the time working from the Nevada residence and the other half including heavy travel to a secondary property. Typical schedule will be Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30/11am (in time for lunch) to 7/7:30pm (after dinner). Some private home experience is a must. The right applicant will be comfortable working with children and a small team of staff and should always operate with discretion. Salary range: 120-160K annually with relocation assistance provided and health insurance contribution. Immediate start.
