A family of six, on the Upper East Side, needs to hire an experienced, detail-oriented Housekeeper. Responsibilities include: deep cleaning and daily maintenance,  laundry and ironing and managing linens and clothing, including the children’s laundry, organizing and maintaining the  children’s closets, playroom, and bedrooms and household organization. On weekends the focus will be on lighter cleaning and assisting with family routines. Other routine duties include: assisting with meal preparation, entertaining, and hosting guests, running household errands as needed (grocery shopping, pharmacy, dry cleaning, etc.) and monitoring and restocking household supplies proactively, assisting in the care of the with children as needed under the direction of the parents. All candidates must have a  minimum 5 years of professional housekeeping experience, be fluent in English (spoken and written) and be COVID-safe, be able to easily use texting, email and phone and be comfortable using technology (computer, smartphone apps, etc.). Experience in a kosher household is a plus. Musts be dog-friendly. Schedule: 3 days including Fridays, 9AM–5PM, with overnights on Fridays, Saturday–Sunday, 10AM–6PM, overnight Saturday nights. Salary range: $40–$45/hr. and benefits. Immediate start.
